You can rent if you have the following requirements:

• Valid identity document of the driver
• Valid and visible driving licence strong> (replacements or reports of theft or loss are not accepted) and issued for at least 12 months.
• Minimum age of 25 years for all vehicles, except for < strong>Micro Mobility vehicles for which the minimum age is 14 years accompanied by an adult.

The credit card is necessary as a guarantee of the rental; therefore, it is mandatory to present it when collecting the vehicle.

Credit cards such as American Express, Visa, Mastercard are accepted as guarantees.

In addition those previously listed will also be allowed to use prepaid cards and Visa Electrons for payment only, as well as ATMs, cash and advance bank transfers.

In the event of a violation, Mobility Maner will forward the fine to the issuing body with the rental contract attached. In municipalities where the forwarding procedure is not possible, Mobility Maner reserves the right to charge the fine to the customer.

The price includes everything: insurance, assistance, taxes, maintenance, tire change, fuel... You just have to worry about driving.

There is no minimum rental duration, you decide the days and kilometers you need.

The main difference is in the flexibility of the contract and in the price calculation. We calculate based on the kilometers you choose. A contract that offers a perspective without constraints, as well as adapting the service to the needs of each user, allowing a complete configuration before and during the duration of the contract, which also includes the change of vehicle.

We deliver to the customer the vehicle indicated in the contract, in a good state of maintenance and cleanliness. The vehicle will be delivered with the fuel level indicated in the contract and will be equipped with all the usual tools (warning triangle, spare wheel, etc.), the green card and all the necessary documents.

At the time of the contract the customer must communicate the return date, any change in the commitment must be communicated in advance.

The customer can return the vehicle during closing hours by returning the keys to the box (Secur Key).

In the event of an accident involving another vehicle, the customer and the other party must complete and sign the CAI (CID) form in all its parts. The customer must forward it no later than 24 hours to Mobility Maner. In the event of an accident involving things or objects, and without the involvement of another vehicle, the customer must provide a specific declaration for the incident, accompanied by photographic documentation.

In the event of an accident with reason, the customer is fully covered by insurance. In the event of a wrongful accident, the customer is fully covered by insurance coverage except for compensation penalties, which range from a minimum of 500 Euros to a maximum of 2500 Euros depending on the vehicle rented for each damage.

In the event of a fault, the customer must contact us immediately, communicating the location and, if possible, the type of fault.

The staff in charge will give all the instructions necessary to resolve it as quickly as possible possible inconvenience.

In the event of theft of the vehicle, the customer must first report it to the nearest police station. Then you will need to contact Mobility Maner. Finally, he will have to go to Mobility Maner and return the keys with the report in duplicate.

The customer will be charged a compensation penalty ranging from a minimum of 1560 Euros to a maximum of 2500 Euros.
